1. Services
Arudhra Innovations provides web design, WordPress development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, Google Ads management, and website maintenance services. The scope, cost, and timeline of each project will be confirmed in a quotation before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
- All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
- A 50% advance payment is required before work commences; the remaining 50% is due upon completion
- Final deliverables will be handed over only after full payment is received
- Domain and hosting renewals are charged separately at the prevailing vendor rate, annually
3. Delivery Timeline
Timelines are estimates based on timely receipt of content, feedback, and approvals from the client. Delays caused by late content submission or change of requirements will extend the timeline accordingly. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party providers such as hosting companies or domain registrars.
4. Revisions and Changes
Revisions are limited to the number specified in your plan or quotation. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope — including new pages, features, or significant layout changes — will be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, images, and materials in a timely manner. All content provided must be owned or legally licensed by the client. Arudhra Innovations is not liable for any legal issues arising from client-provided content.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website and content created for their project. Arudhra Innovations retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. Third-party tools such as WordPress, Divi, and WooCommerce remain subject to their own licence agreements.
7. Domain and Hosting
Domain and hosting are facilitated through third-party vendors. We are not responsible for vendor downtime, pricing changes, or service interruptions. The client is responsible for annual renewals. We will notify you in advance but are not liable for lapses due to non-renewal.
8. Limitation of Liability
Arudhra Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or advertising results, as these depend on platform algorithms beyond our control.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. No refunds are issued for completed and delivered projects. Domain and hosting fees paid to third-party vendors are non-refundable once activated.
10. Post-Launch Support
A 30-day complimentary support period is provided after launch for minor bug fixes. Issues arising from client modifications or third-party plugin conflicts after delivery are not covered. Ongoing maintenance beyond 30 days is available as a paid service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
